Let’s have a dye day! In the workshop you will learn the basics of tie-dyeing with indigo. Participants will receive an instructional handout, a cotton tea towel, and a bandana scarf for indigo tie-dyeing. We will also delve into Shibori resist techniques on our cloth before dying to create fun patterns and designs on the fabric pieces. We will be using Indigo dye as a means to mimic the colors of Blaudruck print techniques. Spots are limited.

Anna is a registered art therapist that lives and works in the Quad Cities. She is part owner of Blue Tree Counseling and Consultation, a private practice in Davenport, IA. She is an avid crafter who dabbles in printmaking, ceramics, painting, embroidery, and more!
