Darker Side of Davenport Walking Tours

September 23 @ 6:30 pm - October 28 @ 6:30 pm

$10 – $40

Once called “The Wickedest City in America,” Davenport, Iowa has a long and checkered past. From being a hub for gangsters, thieves, brothels, and flop houses, to ghosts who still beg to be seen, Davenport has a story to tell, and it’s dark.

Perfect for the Halloween season, this tour is full of history and fun. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sidewalks in downtown, so please watch your step and don’t forget your running shoes….you never know what we might stumble upon.

Tickets are $10 per person

*Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour time. Tours will depart promptly.

**Purchase of a ticket for a walking tour grants you admission to the GAHC museum. If your tour is at 10am, you may enter the museum after your tour, if your tour starts at 6:30pm, you may enter prior to your tour.

Join us for an extended tour lead by our friend Aaron Thompson from Ghost Crier- the premiere ghost hunting organization in the Quad Cities. Aaron will combine history, lore, and paranormal findings in this 2 hour tour- just as the veil between the spirit realm and our physical realm is at it’s thinnest.

After the tour, stick around for a drink and a chat with staff from the museum and Aaron Thompson himself. A 30 minute cocktail meet and greet after the tour is included with the ticket price.
